A planning application has been submitted for a 63 bedroom care home development on a site of 1.4 acre and within close proximity of Alsager town centre in south Cheshire. The proposed development would provide a care home of high quality with all supporting facilities. The development is programmed to commence in 2010 once planning consent has been granted.
