The former Raven Hotel with 2.4 acres of land has most recently been acquired. The property includes the historic 16th Century former hotel on St Andrews Street which is to be renovated as part of a development to provide a total of 51 new dwellings. A development programme is currently being planned with construction anticipated to commence within the next few months.
